Micro Sprinklers, Micro Sprayers
Micro sprinklers, sprayers, and jets are available in in a wide variety and many configurations. Like drip emitters, micro sprinklers and sprayers operate at low pressure and are designed for areas where drip irrigation is not practical, for keeping plant foliage constantly moist or when overhead watering is required. The micro sprinklers and micro sprayers are rated by flow rate, wetting diameter and the spray method (moving parts for micro sprinklers, versus non-moving parts for sprayers). Like conventional sprinkler systems, micro sprinklers and sprayers are available in 360°, 180°, 90° and strip patterns that aim left and right like a bow tie. Micro sprinklers and micro sprayers provide low precipitation rates, allowing longer watering time with less runoff.
Spray Stick
DIG’s 9802-2, 160° Spray Stick is one of the most effective and versatile solutions for a quick installation of a small-diameter above-ground watering system. Useful for pots, baskets, containers and new plantings, and a favorite among nurseries and growers, the spray stick is now available as a completely assembled unit with 24″ long 1/8″ micro tubing with a barb, and in packs of two for easy installation in both indoor and outdoor applications.

Mini-Compact Micro Sprinkler
DIG’s 861-1B Mini Compact Micro Sprinkler on Spike (pack of 1) is an insect-protected micro sprinkler with a 360° spray pattern, completely assembled with a 13″ spike and 24″ micro tubing with a barb. The micro sprinkler frame’s compact design supports the spinner/rotor (without a bridge) for a full-circle pattern. At the end of each irrigation cycle, the spinner is closed, preventing insects from entering the micro sprinkler housing. This large-diameter micro sprinkler has a flow rate of 39.7 GPH at 25 PSI and it provides a gentle and consistent uniformity over a wide area of up to 27’ in diameter. It is ideal for areas where low-volume overhead irrigation is desired and for areas where drip emitters are not practical. Micro sprinklers are a great choice for watering flowerbeds, groundcovers, vegetable gardens and under tree canopies.

Adjustable Jet
DIG’s 300-series Adjustable Micro Sprayers are available with three different spray patterns that include full, half and quarter circle. They have an adjustable flow feature of 0 to 26.1 GPH at 25 PSI. The available models include 300B, 308B and 309B (packs of 2) with 10/32 thread, and 300-1B, 308-1B and 309-1B (packs of 1), fully assembled with a 13” stake, 12” PE riser and 1/4″ barb. These micro sprayers have an adjustable knob that allows control of flow to reduce or increase the diameter or wetting area of the spray pattern. Used for residential gardens, flowerbeds, groundcovers, shrubs and trees, the adjustable micro sprayers are ideal for areas where low-flow overhead irrigation is desired or for areas where drip emitters or conventional sprinkler systems are not practical.

Spray Jets
DIG’s Micro Sprayers are low flow with full, half, quarter circle or strip spray patterns and a flow rate of 13.4 gallons per hour at 25 PSI. The 110B, 111B and 112B have a threaded barb and are available in packs of 10; the 110-1B, 111-1B and 112-1B, assembled with a 13” stake and 24” micro tubing with a 1/4″ barb for installation flexibility, are available in packs of one. Producing a fine spray in a range of patterns, the micro sprayers can cover areas from a 5.9’ radius to 19.8’ in full diameter, depending on the spray pattern. The low-precipitation-rate micro sprayers can be used for most planting areas and are suggested when low-flow overhead irrigation is desired or for an area where drip emitters or conventional sprinkler systems are not practical. They are assembled with two nonmoving parts and have no flow adjustment capability.

12-Jet Micro Sprayer
DIG’s model 9950BB 12-Jet Micro Sprayer offers 360° coverage with no moving parts, via a vortex mechanism that utilizes low flow through a large water passage to help prevent clogging. This 10-GPH micro sprayer covers up to 6.5’ full circle, spraying 12 jets streams at 25 PSI. It includes a threaded barb and comes in a pack of three, with two extra spray pattern inserts (180° in orange and 90° in green) included for each. This sprayer can be used for residential gardens, groundcovers, shrubs, hedges and small trees in areas where low-flow overhead irrigation is desired, or for areas where drip emitters or conventional sprinkler systems are not practical. The jet micro sprayer may be placed upright or hung upside down where a very small wetted area is required.

Adjustable Sprayer on Stake
DIG’s Adjustable Spray Pattern Micro Sprayers incorporate a vortex mechanism that offers an unusual configuration of a large water passage, a 360° spray pattern and an adjustable cap combined with a 6” stake and 1/4” barb. Available with a full-circle pattern only, these micro sprayers have an adjustable flow feature from 0 to 18 GPH and a diameter from 0 to 10’ at 25 PSI. The available models include 410B with a pack of 3, 410PRO with a pack of 25, and ASD-1B with a pack of 1. The micro sprayers have an adjustable cap that allows for simultaneous control of the flow rate and the wetting area. Used in residential gardens for planter boxes, large pots, flowerbeds, groundcovers, shrubs and trees, the low-precipitation-rate adjustable micro sprayers offer a convenient way to water areas where drip emitters or conventional sprinkler systems are not workable.

Flow Regulated Micro Sprinkler
DIG’s 507-1B Flow Regulated Micro Sprinkler is designed to achieve consistent flow rates and even uniformity in areas where pressure fluctuates, such as hillsides, and in difficult terrain. The completely assembled micro sprinkler features low flow with high uniformity, suitable for home garden and horticultural irrigation. It has a full-circle pattern with coverage up to 16′ in diameter and a flow rate of 7 GPH at an operating pressure of 20 to 50 PSI. The unit is completely assembled with a 13” stake and 24” micro tubing with a 1/4” barb for easy installation under tree canopies, using one per tree, and for seedlings, groundcovers and flowerbeds.

Micro Sprinkler on Spike
DIG’s 8855-1GB (in packs of 1) and 8855-5GB (in packs of 5) are 360° Micro Sprinklers with a double-frame design, completely assembled with a 13″ spike, 24″ micro tubing and a barb. The micro sprinklers’ spinner/rotor is balanced between the micro sprinklers’ double frame and the nozzle, providing gentle and consistent uniformity over a wide area of up to 25’ in diameter. They are a great choice for watering flowerbeds, groundcovers, vegetable gardens and under tree canopies. The micro sprinklers are pre-assembled with a spinner for 360° of coverage, and interchangeable spreader insert heads are included in the package for 90°, 180° and strip patterns.

DIG’s completely assembled dynamic Mini Sprinkler on Spike features low flow, low trajectory and high uniformity, suitable for home garden and horticultural irrigation. Each mini sprinkler unit is completely assembled with a 13” stake, 24” micro tubing and a 1/4” barb for easy installation under tree canopies using one per tree, and for seedlings, flowerbeds and groundcovers. The 360° mini sprinkler is available in two models: Model 8809-1, with a blue nozzle, covers up to 10.7’ full circle with flow rates of up to 11.3 GPH and model 8824-1, with a green nozzle, covers a full circle with a wetting diameter of up to 16.1′ with flow rates of 25.6 GPH.

DIG’s easy-to-install Fan Micro Sprayers, avail
able in single unit packs and fully assembled with a 13” stake, 12” PE riser and 1/4″ barb, offer 360° (model 107-1B), 180° (model 108-1B) and 90° (model 109-1B) diameter full-circle spray patterns with a flow of 8.1 to 40.3 GPH at 25 PSI.
